Friday afternoon the Lincoln High School Marching Railers arrived back home from a trip to Orlando, Fla.

The band, under the direction of David Swaar, made the trip to Florida to perform at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Pictured to the left is the group in action with everyone performing perfectly.

Friday as the group neared Lincoln, word went out around the community that the Railers would soon be returning home. They were met at the Steak 'n Shake on the city's west side and escorted into town by fire trucks and a parade of well-wishers and proud parents, of course, following behind in a long caravan.

As the kids got off the bus, they all looked a little tired, but pretty happy to be home.
