Logan County 4-H Foundation presents scholarships

[August 08, 2014]  LINCOLN - The Logan County 4-H Foundation recently presented scholarships to four Logan County 4-H members and alumni at 4-H Night during the Logan County Fair.

Kenyon Jodlowski, son of Ed & Colleen Jodlowski, graduate of Olympia High School, received a $500 Ross Conrady Memorial/4-H Foundation Scholarship. He will be a freshman at Illinois State University this fall and plans to major in Public Relations.

Troy Rawlings, son of Dave & Tracey Rawlings, another graduate of Lincoln Community High School, received a $500 4-H Foundation Scholarship. Troy will be attending Lincolnland Community College this fall to major in Ag Business Management and plans to return to the family farm to farm and raise Angus cattle.

Cameron Jodlowski, son of Ed & Colleen Jodlowski, a graduate of Olympia High School, received a $500 Jim Xamis/4-H Foundation Scholarship. He will be a sophomore at Iowa State University this fall and is majoring in Agricultural & Life Science Education with a minor in Agronomy.

Ryan Huffer, son of Jeff & Patty Huffer, a graduate of Lincoln Community High School, received a $500 4-H Foundation Scholarship. Ryan will be a senior this fall at Southern Illinois University/Edwardsville majoring in Mass Communication with a focus in TV & Radio. Ryan hopes to be a play by play analyst for a sports team or be on the radio somewhere in the future.
