Contributing factors: vision obscured (signs, tree limbs, buildings, etc.), following to closely
Citation issued to: Petro, for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident 

Mount Police Department

  • Spence, Donald R., 30, of Decatur, arrested Aug. 14 on Route 121 on charge of driving with a suspended license.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Benedict, Jimmy W., 53, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 14 in the 500 block of North Madison Street on charge of aggravated assault.

  • Berry, Kenneth A., 23, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 14 in the 700 block of Broadway Street on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of cannabis 2.5-10 grams.

  • Johnson, Ryann N., 27, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 15 at his residence on charges of violation of order of protection, aggravated domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams, and resisting/obstructing a peace officer 

  • Summers, Brant M., 20, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 14 in the 700 block of Broadway Street on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • Tockey, Silas T., 21, of Springfield, arrested Aug. 14 on Woodlawn Road at Main Street on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Redding, Angela M., 31, Hartsburg, arrested Aug. 14 at her residence on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license.
