PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of
Logan, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held on
September 4, 2014 at 7:30 P.M., in the Logan County Courthouse, 601
Broadway St., Lincoln, IL 62656 relative to the petition of DRB
Trust and Cresco Labs, LLC to Rezone property from B-3 (Highway
Business District) to A (Agricultural District). The property is
described as S16 T20 R2 (VOL 558/PG226) 13.237 A PARCEL #2 SW TRACT,
PT SW. Said property is generally located at the northeast corner of
N. Lincoln Parkway and 1800th Street, in the vicinity of Interstate
55 exit 133, Lincoln IL.
Said petition is on file and available for examination in the office
of the below named board at 529 South McLean Street, Lincoln, II
62656.
