  • Allen, Tanya D., 38, of Athens, arrested Aug. 27 in the 700 block of Woodlawn Road on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Stoltzenburg, Brandon T., 23, of Lincoln, arrested Aug. 27 on Logan Street at Keokuk Street on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
