Christmas is coming! What shall I do?
A day off. Shall I lazy around?
Shall I celebrate at the corner pub?
A lot of decisions for many to make.

Why is this a day off from work or daily routine?

As I think about it, I suddenly realize this is a special day and I have an obligation to represent it sensibly.

My faith leads me to think about a new born babe in a stable manger.
This baby fulfilled the prophecy of the coming of the Messiah.
Yes, and his name was to be Jesus.

That is what I will do.
I will worship his name with many others in the house of God.
I know he is the answer to what life is,
and how he gave his life later that I might be forgiven of my sins and have the opportunity to receive life eternal.

See you in church.
Merry Christmas to all!
