Levi Curry is the LTEC December Student of the Month

[December 18, 2014]  LINCOLN - Levi Curry, son of Rob Curry and Lisa Bergschneider, was named December Student of the Month for the Advanced Welding program at the Lincolnland Technical Education Center.

Levi is a senior at Lincoln Community High School. Mr. Arlyn Musselman, instructor, selected Levi for his dependability and quality work. Mr. Musselman says that Levi is great to work with. He has excellent attendance and he led the group in completing the welding exercise with remarkable quality welds.

Levi has an exemplary academic record and is a mature young man with great welding ability. Levi has a great disposition and work ethic. Levi works well with other students and is a team player.

Levi has been on the honor roll with honors or high honors each semester in high school.

Levi races Sprint Cars and was awarded with the Midwest Open Wheel Association Rookie of the Year in 2014. Levi’s future goal is to become a lineman. He also plans to continue to race sprint cars.

Levi received a $50 from the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln who sponsors this award and honored him at a noon luncheon.
