[December 23, 2014]  At Christmas time many people are leaving their homes and traveling to gather with people they love.

Jesus Christ left His heavenly home to be with people He loves - us. He has loved us so much that He gave His life on the cross to prove to us how much He loves us, even though we don't love Him at times. He always loves us!

We read in John 3:16,

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

The Wise Men from the east traveled to bring their gifts to honor Him. So we bring our gifts to His churches to honor Him and thank Him for His everlasting love.

We gather to sing with the angels, Joy to the World! The Lord is Come!

We will gather at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Christmas Eve and we welcome you to our home.
