  • Berry, Kenneth A., 23, of Hartsburg, arrested Feb. 11 on Broadway Street at Kickapoo Street on charge of driving with a revoked license. 

  • Lessen, Dalton J., 18, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 11 at his residence on charge of retail theft over $300.

  • Skelton, Frankie L., 46, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 11 in the 1300 block of Ottawa Street on charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of controlled substance. 

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Haas, Tyler J., 30, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 12 on Route 10 on charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license. 

  • Felton, Cameron M., 25, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 12 at Centennial Court on Logan County warrant for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. 

  • Strobach, Kathryn G., 26, of Mundelein, arrested Feb. 12 at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving under the influence. 

  • Troyer, Anthony M., 22, of Leroy, arrested Feb. 12 at the McLean County Jail on Logan County warrant for aggravated criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse. 

  • White, James, TB., 22, Emden, arrested Feb. 11 at his residence on charge of disorderly conduct.
