[February 14, 2014]  The Abraham Lincoln Healthcare Foundation has presented funds to help Logan-Mason Rehabilitation Center participants.

During the 2013 Light Up A Life campaign, supporters of the foundation could designate funds to supporting enrichment activities for Logan-Mason Rehabilitation clients. Those donations, totaling $796.15, were presented to Logan-Mason Rehab on Jan. 24.

"We are grateful to the community and the Abraham Lincoln Healthcare Foundation for this donation," said Peggy Ross-Jones, administrator of the Logan-Mason Rehabilitation Center. "We look forward to using these funds to take our developmentally and intellectually disabled clients to community events that provide positive, integrated growth experiences."

Logan-Mason Rehabilitation Center provides rehabilitation and support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services include community and on-site employment, community support, developmental training, and 24-hour supervised residential services. Logan-Mason Rehabilitation Center is part of Mental Health Centers of Central Illinois, an affiliate of Memorial Health System.
