After a meal of soup and a hot dog, diners had a wide choice of desserts to choose from, including freshly made, still warm apple crisp or cherry cobbler with ice cream on top. Other desserts included gigantic pieces of cake, muffins and other delightful goodies.

At the Forever Home Pet Cemetery display, guests could see some lovely mementos they could purchase. HSLC volunteers Judy Conzo and Marilyn Wheat explained the jewelry, including cremation pendants, which could hold a small portion of a pet's ashes and be placed on a chain for wearing close to the heart, and St. Francis pendants for pet collars.
