[February 26, 2014]  The ticket information below for the Railer basketball game versus Lanphier on Friday has been provided by Sam Knox, athletic director at Lincoln Community High School:

  • Doors open and tickets go on sale at 4:45 p.m. at LCHS. The sophomore game tips off at 6 p.m. and the varsity game will start at approximately 7:30.

  • It is also Senior Night. Seniors and their parents will be recognized immediately after the sophomore game.

  • No tickets will be sold in advance. Roy S. Anderson gym capacity is 2,455.

  • Railer basketball season tickets are valid for this game.

  • Central State Eight passes are valid for this game.

  • All season ticket holders and CS8 pass holders do not need to stand in line. They can go to the front of the line and enter the gym as usual.

  • LCHS encourages all fans to arrive early. Season ticket holders' seats are still reserved. Staff will be on duty to help with seating in the gym, but it will make things easier for everyone if season ticket holders arrive early.

  • LCHS will sell tickets only to fans who are present and prepared to enter the gym immediately after they purchase their ticket. Fans will not be allowed to purchase tickets for others who plan to arrive later.

  • Most fans who attend the game without a season ticket will have to sit in the balcony. The sections immediately behind the Lanphier bench — both on floor level and in the balcony — are reserved for Lanphier fans only.

  • LCHS dismisses school at 3:12 p.m. Since it usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for the students to leave the building and the parking lot, fans will not be allowed to stand in line for tickets until 3:45 p.m.

  • The game will be broadcast on WLCN-FM 96.3 and Sports Radio WFMB-AM 1450.

  • Contact the LCHS athletic office with questions: 732-4131, ext. 250.
