Mark Alan Minder, 57, of Lincoln, died Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at
his home.

Mark Alan Minder, 57, of Lincoln passed away January
1, 2014 at his home.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Holland Barry and Bennett Funeral Home has been
entrusted with his care.
Mark was born in San Diego, CA on June 11, 1956 to
Richard S. and LouAnne (Miller) Minder. He married
Melodie Hunt on April 16, 2010.
Mark loved playing horseshoes, floating down the
crick, fishing, and his trip to Mt. Rushmore.
Mark was a roofer most of his life and was a master
wood-worker.
He loved his family and friends. His wife, Melodie,
has been his caregiver, and he loved her very much.

He is survived by his parents Richard S. and LouAnne
Minder of Henderson, NV; his wife Melodie Minder of
Lincoln; his children Heather (Jim) DeCanter of
Manito, IL and Mark (Cyra) Buttell of Lincoln; his
step-children Brandon Cordell of Lincoln, Brent
Cordell of Lincoln, and Jacob Cordell of Hastings,
NB; his grandchildren Paige, Alexis, Georgia, and
Carlie; and his step-grandchildren Brenna and
Carter. He is also survived by his brothers Barry
Minder and Mike Minder both of Lincoln and sister
Vickie Minder of Bloomington, IN.
His grandparents preceded him in death.
Memorial donations may be made to Holland Barry and
Bennett Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
