The Crusaders won the seventh-grade contest 38-36. They were led
in scoring by Brayton Brown with 16 points and Dylan Singleton
with 11. The win moves the Crusaders to 12-4 on the season.
The Crusaders won the eighth-grade contest 29-28. They were led
by Aleck Bailey with eight points followed by Cole Klockenga
with seven, Lance Podbelsek with five, Austin Gillum with four,
Brayton Brown with three and Jake Kirgen with two points.
The next game for the Crusaders will be Tuesday evening at
Carroll Catholic against St. Patrick's of Decatur, with the
seventh-graders starting at 6 p.m., followed by the eighth-grade
game.
