            		BLOOMINGTON — Mildred C. "Mickey" Ewins, 
			76, of Bloomington, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2013, at Advocate BroMenn 
			Medical Center.

							Mildred C. "Mickey" Ewins, 76, of Bloomington, 
							passed away January 7, 2013 at Advocate BroMenn 
							Medical Center. 
					
							Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on 
							Saturday, January 11, 2013 at Holland Barry & 
							Bennett Funeral Home in Lincoln, IL. Funeral 
							services will be at 1:00 PM also on Saturday at the 
							funeral home. Burial will follow in Park Lawn 
							Cemetery in Danvers, IL. 
					
							Mickey was born November 22, 1937 in Lincoln, IL., 
							the daughter of James C. Freeman Sr. and Ruby E. 
							(Simpson). She married James R. "Jimmy" Ewins on 
							November 22, 1959. He preceded her in death on April 
							30, 1974. 
					
							She retired from General Telephone Company after 40 
							years of service.

							Surviving are her son John R. (Debbie) Ewins of 
							Lincoln, IL.; granddaughter Jennifer (Isaac) Sheley 
							of Chestnut, IL.; sisters Mary Ann Freeman of 
							Marion, IN, Dorothy Noble of Lincoln, IL., and 
							Phyllis Turley of Lincoln, IL; brother-in-law Larry 
							Ewins of Lincoln, IL., and sister-in-law Bonnie 
							Ewins of Bonita Springs, FL. 
					
							She was preceded in death by her parents, her 
							husband James R. "Jimmy" Ewins, her brother James C. 
							Freeman Jr., and her grandson James R. "J.R." Ewins.
