[January 20, 2014]  Lincoln Junior High hosted Taylorville on Friday for a pair of basketball games.

Lincoln eighth grade

Taylorville 37, Lincoln 47

Lincoln scoring:

• Tate Sloan, 13 points, with four of his five baskets from 3-point range

• Eddie Combs, 13

• Titus Cannon, 8

• Drew Bacon, 6

The LJHS seventh-grade team ends the regular season with an 18-3 record and will play in the 3A Monticello Regional beginning Feb. 1.

• Jatrell Belt, 3
