Tuesday morning, a nice crowd
turned out to celebrate the official opening of Plowfield Square, a
40-unit apartment complex located on the city’s west side, behind
Castle Manor Assisted Living Center.

Safety office, and Kathy Vinyard of the mayor’s office.
