• Roby, Jessica L., 29, of Decatur, arrested July 7 on Route 121 on charge of driving with a suspended license.

Lincoln Police Department

• Baker, Shawn L., 35, of Lincoln, arrested July 4 in the 700 block of Decatur Street on charges of home invasion and domestic battery.

• Becks, Joseph A., 26, of Lincoln, arrested July 5 in the 700 block of North Sherman Street on charges of burglary to motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance, and possession of hypodermic needle.

• Bixler, Kevin L., 44, of Lincoln, arrested July 4 on South Monroe Street at Seventh Street on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Callahan, Christopher C., 20, of Lincoln, arrested July 4 on Walnut Street at Third Street on charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

• Deason, Chastity L., 41, of Lincoln, arrested July 4 at her residence on charge of interfering with 911system.

• Huff, Joseph L., 31, of Lincoln, arrested July 4 in the 1000 block of North College Street on charge of disorderly conduct.

• Johnson, Derrick W., 25, of Lincoln, arrested July 6 on Fourth Street at College Street on charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Leslie, Stormy R., 23, of Lincoln, arrested July 6 on Hamilton Street at Burlington Avenue on charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Maestas, Jose M., 53, of Lincoln, arrested July 4 on Seventh Street at South Monroe Street on charges of driving under the influence and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.

• Moorhead, Kathy L., 60, of Lincoln, arrested July 5 at her residence on charges of domestic battery and obstructing/resisting a peace officer. She was then arrested by Logan County on July 6 at the Logan County Safety Complex on charge of aggravated battery.

• Petro, Ernest M., 33, of Lincoln, arrested July 6 on Chicago Street at Tremont Street on charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Potratz, Kurt D., 20, of Lincoln, arrested July 7 in the 700 block of Bryan Avenue on charges of burglary, criminal damage to property, and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

• Presswood, Jeffrey G., 42, of Lincoln, arrested July 7 on Woodlawn Road at North College Street on charges of retail theft and criminal trespass. 

• Robertson, Lance P., 24, of Mason City, arrested July 8 on Community Drive on charge of aggravated domestic battery and Fulton County warrant. 

• Rodgers, Nichole D., 32, of Lincoln, arrested July 7 at her residence on charge of domestic battery.

• Summers, Brant M., 20, of Lincoln, arrested July 7 in the 700 block of Malerich Drive on charges of resisting a peace officer and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

• Thompson, Cleophious M., 27, address unknown, arrested July 4 on Third Street at  Walnut Street on charge of obstructing identification, Logan County warrants for failure to appear in answer to charge of domestic battery, for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license, and a Department of Corrections Parole violation warrant.

• Collins, Joseph R., 37, of Clinton, arrested July 3 on Route 10 at 2400^th Avenue on charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Good, Joshua E., 32, of Lincoln, arrested July 4 at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a revoked license.

• Hazel, Jamie P., 18, of Lincoln, arrested July 7 on 1400^th Street at 700^th Avenue on charge of no valid driver’s license.

• Hurley, Bryan L., 38, of Lincoln, arrested July 7 at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Luckhart, Mandi M., 38, of Mount Pulaski, arrested July 5 on Route 54 at 1300^th Avenue on charge of driving with a suspended license.

• Mallekoote, Nena F., 39, of Lincoln, arrested July 5 at her residence on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of no valid driver’s license.

• Mount, Mark A., 31, of Atlanta, arrested July 4 at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of retail theft.

• Reese, Taurean L., 27, of Lincoln, arrested July 5 at his residence on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of criminal trespass to state land.

• Robinson, Ylonda C., 38, of Lincoln, arrested July 5 on Hickox Drive on charge of domestic battery.

• Shook, Brittney A., 20, of Lincoln, arrested July 5 at her residence on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license. 

• Skelton, Tony L., 21, of Lincoln, arrested July 7 in the 100 block of North McLean Street on Logan County warrants for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of cannabis 2.5-10 grams and for failure to appear in answer to charge of consumption of liquor by a minor.

•  Spicer, Michelle A., 36, of Bloomington, arrested July 7 at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of criminal damage to property.
