Illinois grain prices in country elevators

[July 12, 2014]  SPRINGFIELD — This is Friday's report of the grain prices and trends prepared by the USDA and the Illinois Department of Agriculture.

In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were down 8 to 13 cents.

Soybean bids were 20 to 30 cents lower.

In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids5 to 8 cents lower.

Soybean bids were 33 to 36 cents lower.

In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids was 4 to 8 cents lower.

Soybean bids were down 37 cents.

Wheat bids were 23 to 27 cents lower.
