Mr. Ruben called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Meister, to
approve the minutes of the April 8, 2014 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business
Management Letter: The committee had a general discussion about
revenues and expenses.
Set Assessor Salary: Mrs. Brosamer announced her retirement.
Mrs. Brosamer target date to retire is August 1, 2014. Mrs.
Schumacher will run an ad in the newspapers to advertise for County
Assessor’s position. Mrs. Schumacher, Mr. Farmer, Mr. Ruben and Mrs.
Brosamer will go over resumes on June 3, 2014 at 9:00a.m.
Elected Officials Salaries: A motion was made by Mr. Farmer,
seconded by Mr. Meister, to increase Mrs. Dugan’s salary by $1,700,
Mrs. Litterly-Turner’s salary by $1,800 and Mr. Nichols salary by
$2,000 each year for the next four years. Motion passed.

New Business
Extension Contract for Administration of Cafeteria Plan:
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to
approve extension for Cafeteria Plan. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. .Farmer, to
approve the bills. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mrs. Schumacher, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 6:45 pm.
