Mr. Hepler called the meeting to order at 6:00
pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by
Mrs. Schumacher to approve the minutes from the April 2, 2014
meeting as printed. Motion passed.
Old Business
Subdivision Revisions: Mr. D’Andrea and
Mr. Aukamp discussed ideas on how to word the new language for
subdivision revisions ordinances. Mr. D’ Andrea will work on new
language addressing sidewalks and parking for subdivision.
Wind Farm Update: Mr. Helper reported in
a few weeks they will do a walk through with the County Engineer.
Bike Trail Update: Mr. Helper reported
the Steering Committee has been meeting regularly and is moving
forward.
New Business
Subdivision Oversight Transfer Endorsement:
A motion was made by Mrs. Schumacher, seconded by Mr. Bateman, that
Logan County is satisfy with the current jurisdiction agreement and
encourages the City of Lincoln to review their subdivision
regulations.

A motion was made by Mrs. Schumacher, seconded
by Mr. Bateman to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended
