Heartland to host International Culture Night July 24

[July 19, 2014]  NORMAL – Heartland is inviting the community to celebrate holidays from around the world at its 9th annual International Culture Night. The event takes place on Thursday, July 24 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in room 1407 of the Community Commons Building on the Normal campus.

Hosed by the College’s English as a Second Language (ESL) department, the night will include family-friendly activities such as children’s games, international story time, singing, a fashion show and a cooking demonstration. Attendees will also get to take a peek at various cultural exhibits.
