POOL SANITATION SYSTEMS 

Trident is recalling Trident Series 2 Ultraviolet Sanitation Systems for pools sold nationwide from February 2009 to September 2013. Electrical arcing can cause the units to catch fire, posing a fire hazard. 

This recall involves all Trident Series 2 ultraviolet sanitation systems for pools. “Trident Ultraviolet Corporation,” “Series 2” and “UV Ultraviolet Sanitation System” are printed on a black label on the front of the units. “Trident Series 2 Ultraviolet Water Treatment System” and a series of letters for the date code are printed on a silver sticker on the units.

CERAMIC HEATERS 

Sunbeam is recalling Holmes Ceramic Heaters sold nationwide from August 2013 to March 2014. The ceramic heaters can overheat, posing a fire hazard. 

This recall involves Holmes oscillating ceramic heaters sold in black, purple, red, blue and white have model number HCH1823M printed on a label on the bottom of the product.

BABY FOOD PROCESSORS 

Hamilton Beach is recalling baby food processors sold nationwide and in Canada from September 2013 to February 2014. Use of the slicing/shredding disc with the motor shaft adapter can cause the stainless steel pin in the food bowl lid to loosen and fall into processed food. 

This recall involves bébé brand baby food makers manufactured by Hamilton Beach. “Hamilton Beach” and “bébé” are on the front of the motor base.

EMERGENCY LIGHTS 

Lithonia Lighting is recalling Quantum® ELM and ELM2 two-light emergency fixture sold nationwide from March 2010 to February 2014. The circuit board can overheat and cause the fixture to melt, catch fire and ignite nearby items, posing fire and burn hazards. 

ELM or ELM2 appears on the label inside the fixture’s plastic housing above the battery. The recalled units have circuit boards that are green on both sides and either Rev B or Rev C printed in the top left corner.

CHILDREN'S PAJAMAS 

Empress Arts is recalling Children’s Pajamas sold nationwide from December 2012 to April 2014. The pajamas fail to meet federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries. 

This recall involves Empress Arts 100 percent cotton children’s two-piece pajamas sets, sold in boys and girls sizes 12 mos. to toddler size 4. “Empress Arts” is on a label at the back of the neck of the tops and the center back of the waist on the bottoms which have an elastic waistband and drawstring. 

Consumers should return the pajamas to Empress Arts for a $36 online credit at www.empressarts.com plus free shipping.

CROSSBOWS 

Precision Shooting is recalling Crossbows sold nationwide from June 2013 to November 2013. The crossbow can fire an arrow without the trigger being pulled, posing an injury hazard. 

This recall involves Precision Shooting Equipment’s TAC Elite, TAC Ordnance and Enigma crossbows. The serial numbers are as follows:

TAC Elite crossbows with serial numbers 2097056 through 2134901.   

TAC Ordnance crossbows with serial numbers 2121938 through 2133384. 

All Enigma crossbows are being recalled. 

Consumers should return the crossbow to Precision Shooting Equipment for a free repair.
