Mr. Ruben called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth, to
approve the minutes of the March 11, 2014 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.

Set Assessor’s Salary- Deferred
until May.
Elected Officials Salaries- Deferred until May.
Audit & Audit Management Letters- A motion was made by Mr.
Anderson, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth, to approve audit and audit
management letters. Motion passed.
Circuit Clerk Audit- A motion was made by Mr. Anderson,
seconded by Mr. Aylesworth, to approve Circuit Clerk Audit. Motion
passed.
LO 13-14 42- Quit Deeds-Jeffrey Renfro- A motion was made by Mr.
Anderson, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth, to approve LO 13-14-42. Motion
passed.

Budget Amendment for Circuit
Judge- A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by
Mr. Farmer, to approve up to $1,000 from line 101-06-53003 for a
new chair in the first floor courtroom. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mrs. Schumacher, seconded by Mr. Anderson,
to approve the bills. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 6:37 pm.
