Mrs. Schumacher called the meeting to order at 10:07 a.m.
A motion was made by Mr. O’Neill, seconded by Mr. Reves, to approve
the minutes from the September 30, 2013 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business:
Continuity of Operation Plan-
(COOP): Mrs. Schumacher is working to get sample plans from
other counties.
Fire Drill: There will be a fire drill on May 7, 2014 at 2:00
p.m. Employees will meet at the Safety Complex. Office heads will
lock their vaults but not their main doors. If it is raining on May
7th the fire drill will be cancelled. Mr. Reves received a quote on
re-keying all the doors to eliminate the Knox Boxes. There will be
one master key for all the doors in the courthouse. Mr. Reves will
give the quote to Building and Grounds.
Follow-up on CIRMA recommendations: Mrs. Schumacher will call
CIRMA to see if they want to meet with us since Sally has retired.

New Business:
Lessons from lightning strike at
safety complex: Mr. Storer gave the committee a brief review on
what to do if a building is hit by lighting.
A motion was made by Mr. O’Neill, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 10:43 a.m.
