Illini Central names top ten for Class of 2014

[June 20, 2014]  MASON CITY - Illini Central High School is pleased to announce the Top Ten Academic Students for the graduating class of 2014. The Top Ten students in order of rank are as follows:

Madison Genseal is Co- Valedictorian for the Class of 2014. She is the daughter of Jay and Heidi Genseal. She is currently attending Illinois State University majoring in Biology. Madison graduated with a grade point average of 3.964.

Mariah Behrends is Co-Valedictorian for the Class of 2014. She is the daughter of Brent and Rosemary Behrends. She plans to attend Saint Louis University majoring in Accounting. Mariah graduated with a grade point average of 3.964.

Jenna Hilgers is the daughter of Steve Hilgers and Janell Hilgers. She plans to attend Millikin University majoring in Physical Therapy. Jenna graduated with a grade point average of 3.95.

Dylan Hull is the son of David and Annette Hull. He plans to attend Southern Illinois University Edwardsville majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Dylan graduated with a grade point average of 3.93.

Alexis Robison is the daughter of Brett and Melinda Robison. She plans to attend Bradley University majoring in Civil Engineering. Alexis graduated with a grade point average of 3.93.

Alison Stone is the daughter of Corey and Jodi Stone. She plans to attend Illinois State University majoring in Social Work. Alison graduated with a grade point average of 3.82.

Jacob Sexton is the son of Thomas and Janice Sexton. He plans to attend Lee University majoring in Advertising and Communications. Jacob graduated with a grade point average of 3.81.

Cory Hull is the son of Fred and Chris Hull. He plans to attend Lincoln Land Community College. Cory graduated with a grade point average of 3.78.

Gabriella Briseno is the daughter of Joe and Cheryl Briseno. She plans to attend Lee University. Gabriella graduated with a grade point average of 3.58.

William Deters is the son of John and Jerrie Deters. He plans to attend Blackburn College majoring in Elementary Education. William graduated with a grade point average of 3.56.
