[March 04, 2014]  ATLANTA — Rosemary Hayter, 78, of Atlanta, died Sunday, March 2, 2014, at 2:50 a.m. at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

Atlanta- Rosemary Hayter, 78, of Atlanta passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2014 at 2:50 a.m. at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

A Memorial Service for Rosemary will be held on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at the Quiram Peasley Funeral Home with Mr. Maurice Stribling officiating.

Burial will be in the Atlanta Cemetery.

Rosemary Hayter was born on April 21, 1935 in McLean the daughter of Louis and Mildred Phillips Kessinger.

She is survived by her children: Gary White, Karen (Larry) Vannoy. Six grandchildren: Jessica Whitmer, Brandi Whitmer, Andrew Whitmer, Scott (Trish) Vannoy, Kimberly Vannoy, Christina Vannoy. Six great grandchildren.

Rosemary had been employed as a waitress at the Dixie Trucker Home in McLean for many years.
