After the wind knocked the
wagon off its wheels, the members of the tourism board were
advised that the wagon was sitting in the wrong direction as far as
the wind is concerned. They were advised to turn the wagon so
that it sits in a north-south direction instead of east-west. Therefore, on Friday the wagon was moved. When Abe returns to
his seat, hopefully by the end of April, he will be facing north to
northeast, looking up Lincoln Parkway toward the Logan County
Fairgrounds.
