[March 20, 2014]  Central A&M High School product Andrew Bray will be coming to Lincoln Christian University to play basketball in the fall. Bray, from Moweaqua, attended Eastern Illinois University on an academic scholarship right out of high school and came to visit LCU looking for a change.

In his senior year at Central A&M, Bray contributed to the Raiders' 20-8 season as a starter the entire season at guard, averaging 12 points and four rebounds per game. He was a three-year varsity player.

Men's basketball head coach Mac Ingmire was excited about Bray's decision to look at LCU.

"Andrew was a good surprise for the program this spring," Ingmire said. "He showed up late on my recruiting trail, but I'm glad we were able to get him. He'll provide the Red Lions some much-needed shooting ability from the outside for next year. He knows what it takes to win and will be a great leader off the court for us from the get-go."
