Emma Loretta Hinthorn, 81, of Lincoln, died Wednesday, March 19,
2014, at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Emma Loretta Hinthorn, 81, of Lincoln, passed away
March 19, 2014 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
Private family services will be held.
Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home has been
entrusted with her care.
Emma was born May 26, 1932 in Spring Lick, KY., the
daughter of Blaine and Desdie (Casey) Bratcher. She
married Roger Hinthorn on June 30, 1957 in
Bloomington, IL.

Emma attended Full Gospel Evangelistic Center. She
was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother,
and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
Survivors include: her husband Roger of Lincoln; her
daughters Tina Small (Rick) of Atlanta, IL., and
Brenda Lowry (Wendell) of Lincoln, IL.; 5 grandsons:
DJ Small (Penny), Justin Lowry, Mike Lowry, Denny
Small (Stasia), and Daniel Small; 6 great
grandchildren: Aimee, Ryan, Daniel, Jude, Gracie,
and Audrey; siblings: Flossie Roberts, Shirley, IL.,
Margie Tabb of Normal, IL., Joanne Vaughn (Richard)
of Bloomington, IL., and James Bratcher (Sue) of
LeRoy, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents and several
siblings.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made
to the Logan County Rescue or to Abraham Lincoln
Memorial Hospital.
