Phyllis Eze, M.D., brings ophthalmology services to Lincoln

[March 22, 2014]  SPRINGFIELD — Phyllis Eze, M.D., specialist in ophthalmology at Springfield Clinic, will provide additional services in Lincoln as part of Springfield Clinic's Outreach Specialty Services program. She specializes in ophthalmology, as well as cataract and glaucoma surgery.

After receiving her medical degree from State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, she went on to complete her ophthalmology and visual science residency at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She completed her glaucoma fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in 2012.

She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Glaucoma Society, American Medical Association, Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, Illinois State Medical Society, and the Sangamon County Medical Society.

Dr. Eze will provide services at Springfield Clinic Lincoln starting in April. She will see patients the first Tuesday morning of every month. To make a Lincoln appointment with her, call the Springfield office at 217-528-7541.
