Lincoln Police Department

  • Bland, Robert E., 44, of Lincoln, arrested March 28 at his residence on charges of aggravated assault of a teacher, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to state- supported land. 

  • Boyer, Christopher W., 33, of Lincoln, arrested March 28 in the 400 block of South Jefferson Street on charge of domestic battery. 

  • Bruce, Nicole, 25, of Lincoln, arrested March 29 at her residence on charge of retail theft. 

  • Delaney, Kenneth H., 22, of Lincoln, arrested March 28 on North Kickapoo Street at Yosemite on charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.

  • Dixon, DeAngelo A., 21, of Hammond, Ind., arrested March 31 in the 300 block of Keokuk Street on charges of criminal trespass to property, resisting a peace officer and theft. 

  • Hunt, Tracy M., 51, of Lincoln, arrested March 29 at her residence on charge of endangering life/health of a child. 

  • Moore, Alan H., 37, of Lincoln, arrested March 29 at his residence on charges of aggravated battery of a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams and resisting a peace officer. 

  • Nicholas, Richard J., 35, of Loganville, Wis., arrested March 30 on 11th Street at Chestnut Street on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of harassment by electronic communication.

  • Ferguson, Matthew G., 30, of Lincoln, arrested March 28 at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of criminal damage to property. 

  • Watts, Pamela S., 45, of Riverton, arrested March 28 at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving under the influence.
