LINCOLN - The Lincoln/Logan County
Development Partnership (LLCDP) seeks to provide Logan County
manufacturers with potential new employees, each of whom has just
completed his/her participation in the Accelerated Training for
Illinois Manufacturing (ATIM) program. The ATIM program is
administered by the Illinois workNet Center headquartered in
Springfield.
|
The ATIM program prepares workers for high-demand jobs in
manufacturing. Individuals selected to participate benefit from
personal career development and accelerated training plans to meet
each participant’s needs. A newly graduated group of Certified
Production Technicians (CPT) has just successfully completed a
Certified Production Technician course of study at Lincoln Land
Community College as part of their participation in the ATIM
program.
The LLCDP has partnered with Illinois workNet to help Logan County
manufacturer’s address a common problem: the need for a reliable and
qualified workforce. To help meet this need, the LLCDP has resumes
of this set of qualified CPT graduates available to share with any
Logan County manufacturer interested.
