[May 21, 2014]  LINCOLN - Logan County EMA Meeting, Blue Room, Logan County Safety Complex, March 6, 2014

Present: Rick Aylesworth; Bob Farmer; Kevin Bateman; Gene Rohlfs; Bill Martin

Guests: Dan Fulscher, Teny Storer, Kendal Caruthers Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.

A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Martin, to approve the minutes from February 14, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.

Mr. Storer presented the February 2014 call report.

Winter Weather Report - Mr. Storer reported this winter was the coldest and snowiest winter on record. We had 41 inches of snow this winter.

Year Exercise Design Team (Update) - The committee is meeting monthly to get ready for the exercise. The exercise is June 24, 2014.

New Business

Computer Software Update & Report - New software program needed for Emcom and upgrades are necessary since XP no longer supported our system. All the updates were taken care of by grants. The total is over $40,000.

A motion was made by Mr. Martin, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to pay the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.

A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm.
