Paul (seated) and Marion Adams (red blouse) are the descendants of settlers who moved to Atlanta in 1828. Paul is ready to celebrate his 98th birthday and until this year volunteered at the Atlanta Museum. With them is their daughter Carolyn who traveled home to Atlanta from Philadelphia for the Memorial Day Celebration.

Joining the Adams are Jon and Marion Applegate who are descendants of Atlanta settlers of the 1830’s.  Both men are World War II veterans.
