OCTOBER 29 - SPA DRAIN COVERS

Waterway Plastics is recalling Designer Pro Series Suction Covers sold nationwide from June 2011 to June 2013. The drain suction cover can become disengaged from the spa wall, posing an entrapment hazard.

This recall involves Waterway Plastics Designer Pro Series suction covers with model number 640-52XX S, printed on top of the outside edge of the plastic. Complete list can be found at www.recalls.org.

BICYCLE SHOCKS

Cane Creek is recalling DBINLINE Rear Shock sold nationwide and in Canada from May 2014 to September 2014. The shock absorber is marked with graphics that incorrectly identify the adjustment directions for High Speed Rebound (HSR) damping. Following these directions will cause unexpected behavior by a bike’s suspension and pose a fall hazard.


This recall involves Cane Creek Cycling Components DBINLINE bicycle rear shock absorbers. Recalled products have a serial number on the underside of the top valve body in the following ranges: AA00002 – AA07304 and SA00077 – SA03926. A complete list can be found at www.recalls.org.

OCTOBER 28 - HALLOWEEN FLASHLIGHTS

Meijer is recalling Halloween Projector Flashlights sold nationwide from September 2014 to October 2014. The flashlight can overheat and melt the plastic handle, posing a burn risk.

This recall involves a Signature Designs Halloween image projector. A clear label with "Signature Designs (HK) Ltd, Ningbo, China, 14-121-02, 05/2014" printed in white is on the side of the handle opposite the orange on/off switch.

Consumers should return the flashlight to the customer service desk at any Meijer store or contact Meijer for a full refund.

OCTOBER 26 - BABY WIPES

Nutek Disposables, Inc. of McElhattan, PA is recalling all lots of baby wipes that it manufactured under the brand names Cuties, Diapers.com, Femtex, Fred's, Kidgets, Member's Mark, Simply Right, Sunny Smiles, Tender Touch, and Well Beginnings, because some packages may contain bacteria. These wipes were distributed by Nutek prior to October 21, 2014 to the following retail stores: Walgreens, Sam's Club, Family Dollar, Fred's, and Diapers.com.
