[November 07, 2014]  OL Brian de la Puente took some snaps at left guard on Thursday, as did Michael Ola, as the team tries to decide on a replacement for Matt Slauson (torn pec muscle). Head coach Marc Trestman said he's likely to have a final decision on Friday. Jordan Mills had played the spot earlier in the week, but was moved back to right tackle.

G/T Eben Britton missed practice again Thursday and is week to week after having surgery to remove his appendix during the bye week.

LB Darryl Sharpton missed Wednesday's and Thursday's practices due to a hamstring injury and is unlikely to play this week.
