[November 10, 2014]  LINCOLN - Lincoln, IL - The Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Illinois Chapter’s educational program Relief for the Stressed-Out Caregiver will take place at 3:00pm on November 11, 2014 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln.

Providing care for someone with memory loss can be a labor of love, but it can also be exhausting and stressful. This program will introduce participants to the causes, signs and symptoms of stress, and will provide participants with stress-reduction strategies.


Program specialist Sara McGady will present and take questions following the program.
