[November 19, 2014]  Nov 18 (The Sports Xchange) - Highlights of Tuesday's National Basketball Association games:

Lakers 114, Hawks 109

Kobe Bryant scored 28 points to surpass 32,000 in his career and helped the Los Angeles Lakers to a 114-109 win over the Atlanta Hawks, just their second victory this season.

Bryant joined Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone and Michael Jordan as the only players to surpass 32,000 career points.

Bryant needs 291 more points to catch the third-placed Jordan, who has 32,292.

Jazz 98, Thunder 81

Alec Burks scored 20 points and collected a career-high 14 rebounds while Enes Kanter chipped in 16 points and 15 boards to help Utah rally for a victory over Oklahoma City.

Trey Burke added 17 points and nine assists for Utah, helping the Jazz rally from a 17-point second-quarter deficit.

The Jazz shot 51.1 percent from the field in the second half after struggling to find any sort of offensive rhythm for much of the first.

Jeremy Lamb had 19 points to lead the Thunder, who lost for the sixth time in seven road games this season. Oklahoma City played short-handed with six players sitting out because of injuries.

Bucks 117, Knicks 113

Jerryd Bayless made five of six free throws in the final minute and Ersan Ilyasova scored 20 points as Milwaukee held off a furious fight back by New York.

Ilyasova scored 11 of his points in the final quarter.

New York got 26 points from Carmelo Anthony and 24 from Tim Hardaway Jr.

Milwaukee led by as many as 26 in the second half and scored the first seven points of the final quarter to take a 102-84 lead before the Knicks rallied.

Pelicans 106, Kings 100

Anthony Davis scored 28 points, the first Kings opponent to reach that total this season, and the Pelicans rode a big second half to victory over Sacramento at Sleep Train Arena.

Ryan Anderson added 22 points and made four of 12 three-pointers for New Orleans, who won despite playing without forward Omer Asik for the second straight night. (Editing by Cameron French/Peter Rutherford)
