Mrs. Schumacher called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Ruben, seconded by Mrs. Huddlestun to
approve the minutes from March 10, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.

New Business
IWIN: Mrs. Schumacher yielded the floor to Mr. Haight
from IWIN. (Integrated Work Injury Network) spoke about the
services their group offers to employers. Services range from
pre- employment physicals and drug testing to rehabilitation
services after an accident. The committee is working on
developing language to put in the personnel manual regarding
IWIN. A motion was made by Mr. Ruben, seconded by Mr. Aukamp, to
add new language to the personnel manual stating “in the case of
a work comp claim, at the request of the supervisor or insurance
committee, an employee can be requested to go to IWIN for a
second opinion”. Motion passed. Mr. Ruben discussed the idea of
making a line item in the budget for IWIN claims.
A motion was made by Mrs. Huddlestun, seconded by Mrs. Dugan to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 11:30
p.m. The next meeting will be July, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
