 Logan County Ambulance Meeting
Present: Rick Aylesworth; Bob Farmer; Kevin Bateman; Gene
Rohlfs; David Blankenship; Emily Davenport
Guests: Steve Siltman
Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Farmer to approve
the minutes from June 5, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.
Mr. Siltman presented the June call report. There were 324 calls in
June. The volume for December through June is 2,453 calls.
Quarterly Budget Report -Mr. Siltman discussed expenditures
so far this fiscal year.
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Bateman, to pay
the bills. Motion passed. Vehicle Status Report - Mr. Siltman
reported all five vehicles are in running order.
Old Business
Mr. Siltman reported LCPA is still in the process of improving their
building but hopes to have it done soon.
New Business
Nothing additional to report.
A motion was made by Mr. Rohlfs, seconded by Mr. Bateman, to adjourn
the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:12 p.m.
Logan County Coroner Meeting

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:13 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Blankenship, seconded by Mr. Farmer to
approve the minutes from June 5, 2014 as corrected. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Blankenship seconded by Mr. Bateman, to
approve the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
Old Business
Mr. Thomas presented the June call report. There were 12 deaths,
with one requiring autopsies.
New Business
None
Mr. Thomas presented the summary of expenses, reimbursements and
balance sheet for review.
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to adjourn
the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
Logan County EMA Meeting

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. A motion
was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Rohs, to approve the minutes
from June 5, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.
Mr. Storer presented the June 2014 call report.
Church/Local Organizations Plan Development: Mr. Washman has
been working on a Disaster Plan with Jefferson Street Church and
would like to work with other organization in the future.

Yearly Exercise June 24, 2014- Mr. Storer reported the
yearly exercise was a huge success.
FY 2015 Budget: Mr. Storer handed out copies of the 2015
budget to the members. Mr. Storer pointed out several different
line items to the members. A motion was made by Mr. Bateman,
seconded by Mr. Farmer, to send 2015 Budget to Finance
Committee.

A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mrs. Davenport to
approve the minutes from June 5, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.
Old Business
Update on Safety Complex HVAC system and roof: Mr. Bateman
gave a brief update on the HVAC and Roof bids. The HVAC bid from
Henson Robinson Company came in at $202,000.00 and the roof bid came
in at $109,500. Mr. Bateman will take this to the full board on July
15, 2014 to have them both voted on by the full board.

Sheriff’s Report
Mr. Bunner reported the Gee residence in Beason has been burnt down
in a control exercise. Nothing further to report.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to pay the
bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Blankenship, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
