Mr. Hepler called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Blankenship, to
approve the minutes from the June 4, 2014 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business
Subdivision Ordinance: Mr. D’Andrea reported he sent out the
rough draft for subdivision ordinance.
E.Z Participation: Mr. Hepler reported City or County needs
to choose who will be the lead agency. Regional Planning has voted
to move forward with the research.
Rezoning for Mining: Mr. Hepler reported there is nothing new
at this time.
Wind Farm Status: Mr. Hepler reported there is nothing new at
this time.

Zoning Officer’s Report: Mr. D’Andrea reported he has
been working on the 911 app. Nothing further to report.

Communications: None
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Blankenship, to
approve the bills. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Bateman, to adjourn
the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 6:22 p.m.
