[October 17, 2014]  Mr. and Mrs. John Dreusicke of Lincoln are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Laine, to Eric Sutkay, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kent Sutkay of Burlington, Wisconsin.

The beach wedding was on Punta Cana, Dominican Republic on June 13, 2014 at 4 p.m. The reception was held at the Now Lorimar Resort, Punta Cana, immediately following the ceremony with a stateside reception at the Lake of the Woods, Mahomet, Illinois on June 21, 2014.

The wedding was officiated by Kevin Podstawa, friend of the groom. Matrons of honor were Shannon Bicknell, Champaign, and Angie Kielar, Pleasant Prairie, WI. Best man was Jim Hackney, Kenosha, WI. Bridesmaids included April Sutkay, Franklin, WI, Krista Mejia, Fontana, CA, sisters-in-law of the bride, Laura Duffer, Lincoln, IL and Nanette Kalcik, Goddard, Kansas. Chad Sutkay, brother of the groom, Franklin, WI; Kevin Mejia, brother-in-law of the groom, Fontana, CA; Chad Hoftender, Random Lake, WI and Jeff Blum of Beaver Dam, WI were the groomsmen.

The bride is a graduate of Lincoln Community High School, the University of Illinois, Champaign and Southern Illinois University Law School. She works as an attorney with the firm of Betsy Pendleton Wong and is a member of the Illinois and Wisconsin bar associations.

The groom is a graduate of Burlington High School and the University of Wisconsin, Platteville. He earned a master's degree in education from National Lewis University. He is a secondary teacher at Lakeview Technology Academy.

The couple makes their home in Union Grove, Wisconsin.
