Mr. Bateman called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Old Business
Ordinance Revisions: Mr. Bateman would like everyone to take
home the ordinance revisions and read over them. Mrs. Parker went
over highlighted areas. Keep on agenda for next month
New Business
None
Administrator/Warden’s report: Mr. Bateman reported Mrs.
Parker would like to hire a part-time maintenance person. Mrs.
Parker would like to get a credit card machine for Animal Control.
Mrs. Parker will talk to Mrs. Dugan about different options. Nothing
further to report.

Budget: No concerns.
A motion was made by Mr. Hepler, seconded by Mrs. Davenport, to
pay the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Ruben, seconded by Mr. Hepler, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:00
p.m.
