 Logan County Ambulance Meeting
Present: Rick Aylesworth; Bob Farmer; Kevin Bateman; Gene
Rohlfs; David Blankenship; Emily Davenport
Guests: Steve Siltman
Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:17 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Blankenship to
approve the minutes from July 3, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.
Mr. Siltman presented the July call report. There were 354 calls in
July. The volume for the year was 3,053. Mr. Siltman gave a brief
overview of the operation for the new members.
A motion was made by Mrs., Davenport, seconded by Mr. Bateman, to
pay the bills. Motion passed.
Vehicle Status Report: Mr. Siltman reported there is one in
the shop with turbo issues. The 99 international has some
transmission problems. The remaining vehicles are in running order.

New Business: Nothing additional to report.
A motion was made by Mr. Rohlfs, seconded by Mrs. Davenport, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
Logan County Coroner Meeting
Present: Rick Aylesworth; Bob Farmer; Kevin Bateman; Gene
Rohlfs; Emily Davenport; David Blankenship
Absent: None
Guests: Doug Brooks, Bob Thomas
Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Rohlfs, seconded by Mr. Bateman to approve
the minutes from July 3, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Rohlfs, seconded by Mr. Bateman, to approve
the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
Old Business
Mr. Thomas presented the July call report. There were 20 deaths,
with one requiring autopsies.
New Business
Mr. Thomas will be attending a Coroner's Conference August 12-14.
Mr. Thomas presented the summary of expenses, reimbursements and
balance sheet for review.
August Meeting reports (FY 13-14): Mr. Thomas went over
Summary of expenses (page 2) and FY-14/15 Budget Draft (page 3).
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Bateman, to adjourn
the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
Logan County EMA Meeting

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Rohlfs, to approve
the minutes from July 3, 2014 as printed. Motion passed.

Church/Local Organization Plans Development: Mr. Fulscher
reported the project is still not finished. Mr. Caruthers is working
on new maps for each room at Jefferson Street Church.
Kitchen Remodel: Mr. Fulscher would like to remodel the
kitchen in the basement at the Safety Complex. The committee agreed
to let Mr. Fulscher remodel as long as he has the money in his
budget. Mr. Fulscher plans to explore grant funding that might be
available. Old Business: None

bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Davenport, seconded by Mr. Farmer, to adjourn the
meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m
Logan County Sheriff's Meeting

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Blankenship, seconded by Mr. Bateman to
approve the minutes from July 3, 2014as printed. Motion passed.
Old Business Update on Safety Complex HVAC system and
roof: Mr. Bunner reported Henson Robinson Company started
working today on the two projects.
New Business New Vehicles: Sheriff and Mr. Bunner are
starting to look into getting new cars for the sheriff's department.
Sheriff's Report: Nothing further to report.
A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Farmer to pay the
bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.
