Mrs. Schumacher called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Reves, seconded by Mr. Storer to approve
the minutes from the July 14, 2014 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business:
Disaster Recovery Plan: Mrs. Schumacher reported Chris Baker
submitted the draft to Matt at D.O.J (Department of Justice). Mrs.
Schumacher plans to take the rough draft to the full board to be
voted on. The committee would like to keep a copy of the Disaster
Recovery Plan at the Safety Complex. A motion was made by Mr.
Farmer, seconded by Mrs. Dugan, to approve the Disaster Recovery
Plan as drafted with the change about drive away kits that will be
stored off site at the Safety Complex.

Training: Committee is planning a severe weather drill in
March. Mrs. Schumacher will be in touch with Sheriff to discuss the
active shooter drill. New Business:
CIRMA: A gentleman from CIRMA would like to attend the next
Safety meeting. (end of new business)
A motion was made by Mr. Rohlfs, seconded by Mrs. Dugan to adjourn
the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 10:30 a.m.
