Mr. Ruben called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth, to
approve the minutes of the August 12, 2014 meeting as printed.
Motion passed.
Old Business:
Budget FY 15:
P.26-Salaries of Clerks-Mr. Ruben already discussed this line
item with Denise Martinek. Denise Martinek will e-mail Pam the
changes.
Pg. 28- Waste Management Salary Expenditure- Mr. Ruben would like to
put 33,500 in estimated line.
Pg. 28- CEDS/Economic Development needs 5,000 put on FY 13-14
estimated and 25,000 toward Enterprise Zone for estimated.
Pg. 29-Law Enforcement Equipment-Mrs. Schumacher will ask Mrs.
Meagher to verify the amount.
Pg.30-Circuit Clerk-Child Support System- Mr. Ruben would like to
add 14,000 in the budget to offset a grant.

Pg.31-Associate Judge-Mr. Ruben will check on the salary line
item.
Pg.32-Transfer to Farm Fund 60,000.
Pg.35 Transfer to General Fund needs to be changed from 28,000
to 178,000 for FY 13-14 estimated.
Pg. 53 correction for a typo on process and transport. Mr. Ruben
will give the changes to Mrs. Meagher. Mr. Ruben plans to bring
forward the final budget in September.

A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mrs.
Schumacher, to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended
at 6:22 p.m.
