Madness with the Lynx

[October 27, 2014]  LINCOLN - Head men’s basketball coach Pat Lepper has announced the date for his 2014-15 men’s basketball “Madness with the Lynx” night. The event will take place on Thursday, October 30th at 7:00pm in the Lincoln Center.

Event highlights include a 3-point shooting contest, dunk contest, and an intrasquad scrimmage. Admission is FREE and the Lincoln Center doors will open at 6:30pm.

The Lincoln College roster will include two members of the 2013-14 IHSA Runner-up Lincoln Railsplitters. 6’4” freshman guard/forward Edward Bowlby, who scored 12 points in two games in the State Tournament will be alongside 6’2” guard Bobby Dunovsky. Bowlby will appear in the Madness 3-point shooting contest.

The Lynx open up regular season play on Friday, October 31st at Rock Valley in Rockford, IL. The first home game will be on Saturday, November 1st against Culver Stockton JV.
