Mr. Ruben called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth seconded by Mr. Anderson, to
approve the minutes of the May 13, 2014 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business: None
New Business:
Spending limit for Building and Grounds Chairman: A motion
was made by Mr. Meister, seconded by Mr. Aylesworth, to approve a
$2,500 spending limit for the Building and Grounds Chairman. Motion
passed.
Budget FY 15: Mrs. Meagher will send out work sheets the last
week of June.
Mr. Ruben mentioned approving LO 13-4 71- Amendment to Delinquent
Tax Program Agreement.

Since it was not on the agenda the committee could not vote
on the resolution. Mr. Ruben will bring the motion forward at
the workshop session on June 12, 2014. Mr. Meister reviewed
expenses for the committee.
Mr. Aylesworth reviewed revenues.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Anderson to approve
the bills. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. Aylesworth, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 6:46 pm.
