Mr. Hepler called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mrs. Schumacher, to
approve the minutes from the May 7, 2014 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business:
Subdivision Revisions: Mr. D’Andrea gave a brief update on
where he is at with the subdivision revisions. The committee agreed
to send out the rough draft to the following, Farm Bureau; each
Township; Chamber; Board of Realtors; Rural Fire; Sheriff; First
Student; and Prairie Engineers. Mrs. Schumacher plans to get a news
release put together to inform Logan County that Planning and Zoning
are working on subdivision revisions and the committee would
appreciate their comments and concerns.
New Business:
Rezoning for Mining Petition: Keep on the agenda

Zoning Officer’s Report: Mr. D’Andrea reported he
needs a new computer for his office. Mr. D’Andrea has already
contacted VISCON to receive a quote. A motion was made by Mr.
Bateman, seconded by Mrs. Schumacher, to purchase a new computer
with a spending limit up to $2,000. Motion passed. Mr. D’Andrea
passed out a flyer regarding a conference about Mahomet Aquifer.
Mr. D’Andrea gave a brief update on a conference he attended
regarding Illinois Enterprise Zone Association. Nothing further
to report.

A motion was made by Mr. Bateman, seconded by Mr. Farmer to
approve the bills. Motion passed.
A motion was made by Mr. O’Neill, seconded by Mr. Bateman, to
adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 6:50pm.
